The person behind the work
I connect the conversations around the leadership table with the decisions it takes to bring an idea to life.
My background brings together corporate storytelling, film and video production, scenic art, economic development, and nonprofit leadership. I hold an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Corban University.
I founded One Media Blue to put that experience to work. I start by understanding your goals, then help find the story, give the team direction, and follow through.
How I work with you
01 / UNDERSTAND
I learn about your audience, current materials, goals, and the decisions ahead.
02 / PLAN
I recommend a focused creative plan and a defined monthly scope around your priorities.
03 / LEAD
I coordinate creative decisions, review progress, and adjust the plan as I learn what serves your goals.
01. What does “fractional” mean?
I serve as your creative director on a part-time, ongoing basis. I agree on a monthly scope and working rhythm with you, so you get experienced leadership at the level your organization needs.
02. How does One Media Blue fit?
I lead your engagement personally through my company, One Media Blue, LLC. When a project calls for video, photography, aerial imagery, or other production, I can provide a separate proposal. I can also direct your existing staff, agencies, and production partners. You choose the team.
03. What does an engagement cost?
I recommend a monthly retainer after I understand the scope, responsibilities, and time your organization needs. I define production costs and outside vendor budgets separately.
